Summary/Abstract: The author discusses the subject in question from the perspective of decision analysis, referring it to the selection of an optimal corporate management strategy. The unique character of the presented model lies in the incorporation of feasibility indicators, which measure the projected effectiveness of an undertaking (a strategy or process). Operationalized feasibility refers mainly to such indicators as projected cash flows, production and sales values, productivity and production capacity. Next parts of the paper focus on the following issues: the interpretation of standard and flexible implementation methods, the manner of determining the feasibility indicator and model description (assumptions and action procedures), interpretation of static and dynamic risk.
