Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with the problem of changes in psychological contracts. The author describes the substitution of organizational activities that shape a sense of security and loyalty of employees by efforts to prepare employees to be flexible and competitive on the labour market (employability). The results of the studies are presented showing the scale of changes in psychological contracts.
