Summary/Abstract: Charity organizations and the institutions in the irvicinity are the foundations where the idea of mysticism and mystic educationare widely studied and introduced to the society. Is incertain that charity organizations and scholarly-traveler Turkish dervishes who very much helped charity organizations to be established made considerable contributions to making Anatolia a part of Turkish land. There is no certain his to rical knowledge of when and where charity organizations were first established. However, it is possible to mention the traces of charity organizations and their culture in every area where Turkish-Islamic civilization emerged. The lands conquered were reconstructed and built by charity organizations. The dervis hesare located in the center of such activities. Eastern Black-Sea Region began to experience the influende of Turkish-Islamic civilization in later periods than the other part of Anatolia. The conquest of the region by the Turks took a long time,which had gread impact on social and cultural life. Throughout history, the fact that the region is geographic ally rugged and step has played a decsive role in local culture. To propagate their ideas, the Sufis, people who are interested in mysticism and who were the members of an organization in the periods of the Seljuk and Ottoman, which helped people in Anatolia get educated in the field of art, trade, economy and morality, used some methods different from those used in other regions because of the geographical reasons.It is no coincidence that the ethics and culture of Akhism in Giresun and its vicinty has survived upto the centuries some how managed to survive in the society.
