REFLECTIONS ON EVENTS IN AND AROUND TEŠANJ NOWADAYS

Summary/Abstract: The defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been placed in negative context for a long time. This defense was never supposed to happen, according to hegemonic project that predicted the forming of single nation states of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes on the ruins of former Yugoslavia. The same three nations had formed a common state under the same name in 1918 (Kingdom of SHS). Therefore, in the example of the heroic greatness of Bosnia’s defense and liberation they apply all possible and previously trialed methods, including the criminalization of defense, denial of genocide in Bosnia and Herzegovina, preventing the restoration of coexistence and tolerance as well as disruption of a functioning state. Successful centers of defense and post-war development is a thorn in everyone’s eye. Retrograde political processes not only implicates that the very idea of Bosnia and Herzegovina is impossible, but favors the retention of current state and retention of the same ideological - political concept and permanent existence of scandals and sensations without a final epilogue. The end result is a blend of reality and ideological fiction that appear as a highly ambiguous communication that can be utilized in many different ways.
