Summary/Abstract: Political newspaper Vardar was being published in Skopje in the period 1932–1936 as an “Independent Economic and Cultural Review”. Its edi tor-in-chief and its owner was Milan Stojimirović-Jovanović. Afterwards the editors of the mentioned newspaper were Nikola Bogdanović, Ljubomir D. Lazičić, Jovan D. kostić and Aleksa Jovanović kodža. Among the coop erators, there were Anđelko krstić, Čedomir Minderović, Jovan D. kostić, Jacques Confino, Velimir Parlić, Svetislav Šumarević, Petar Mitropan, Todor A. Nastić-Skalović, Milenko filipović, Prvoš Slankamenac, Pavle Popović. It fostered theatre, art and literary reviews, collections of folkloral literature and old times art as well as descriptions of historical monumentsas its regu lar columns. Bibliographic review of contributions made in the period from 1932 to 1934 is presented herein.
