Summary/Abstract: World implications events in recent years have determined analysts, starting in late 2013, to conclude that the international security environment has passed from the familiar post-Cold War era of the past 20 to 25 years, known as the unipolar world, with the United States of America (USA) as only superpower, to a new and different situation that characterizes, among other things, renewed great power title competition by Russia and China and as well as challenges of others elements of the USA led international order that has operated since World War II.
