Summary/Abstract: he article examines leading concepts of reflexivity. The relation between reflexivity and other phenomenа such as self-esteem and empathy is emphasized. The professional pedagogical qualities are outlined. The role of the teacher as moderator and coach for the formation of social competence of the children is revealed.
