Summary/Abstract: Lately, administrative jurisdiction displays a significant scale in the delivery of justice, both in the jurisdiction of States in the old continent, as well as in other legal systems. Although the concept of administrative jurisdiction is found in most legal systems, each example shows, however, features that distinguish one from the other. At European level, the Union’s legislation interferes with the nation states’ legislation, challenging to achieve a uniform approach of law in Member States’ regulations. The Austrian judicial administrative model brings forward indisputable advantages in the delivery of justice, with specific features that can be replicated in other legal systems, as well. Our approach attempts to advance an analysis of the Austrian judicial administrative system as a paradigm for future development of administrative jurisdiction in Romania.
