Social Insurance for Religious and Clergy in Polish Legislation

Summary/Abstract: This article considers issues pertaining to social insurance for clergy and religious in Poland. More specifically, this article discusses regulations concerning when clergy and religious must enroll in mandatory and/or voluntary retirement, disability, and accident insurance as well as the consequences of not paying the premium when and in the amount it is due. This study also presents the consequences of having more than one insurance title. In practice, these issues raise the most doubts.
