Summary/Abstract: The author of the article Is the topography of the time possible? The reflexions around Olga Tokarczuk’s novel ‘Primeval and Other Times’ has raised the issue of the relations between the time and the space drawn out in the context of Olga Tokarczuk’s novel. The subject of the consideration is the text’s composition which is organised both by the time and the space. In the article has been stressed that non of categories above is primary towards the other one. The author focuses also on the novel’s narrator who in certain grounds is equal as the characters of the writing by submitting to the rules in the Primeval’s universum. The mysterious novel’s game is taken under the reflection what are the starting and the finishing points for this interpretation. The analyse of the game’s plot and his impact on the other plots and the grounds of the novel is given in detail. The author indicates the connections between the time and the space which are farly advanced but she notices also the plot solutions as not so complicated as expected. In the writing problems of fixed restriction of the space and authoritarian employing of time by the narrator are considered as well.
