Summary/Abstract: The paper considers the interactivities between law and internet. Two main propositions are discussed: (1) internet is regulated by a new and unique mix of rules, where the law is only one of the components. (2) The main characteristics of law [structure, content, sources, forms] are subject of substantial change in the era of internet.
