Summary/Abstract: This paper aims to analyze the impact of the right to broadband, the principle of "net neutrality" and the content of art. 11 and 13 of the Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market have on the right to information for European citizens. In this respect, we will notice that, while the right to broadband and the principle of "net neutrality" positively influence the right to information, potentiating a more efficient access to it, the provisions of art. 11 and 13 of the Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market appear to have a negative impact on the right to information, thus a limitation of it.
