Summary/Abstract: Accused and appreciated at the same time, now, at four decennia after thePatriarch Justinian’s passing away, it is necessary to perform a close spiritual analysis in order to appreciate properly the diligence of this providential clergyman. For Patriarch Justinian, the theology of the deed twined with the theology of the word. However, probably the most important was his love for people, the charisma that he started practicing in his family and his parish and that he then perfected through his hierarchical activity. Patriarch Justinian’s hierarchical activity was providential for our Church and for the Romanian people. His life was just as his sermon.
