Summary/Abstract: Selection of proper multidisciplinary work team helps to work on the project, especially on the innovation project. Properly composed people can guarantee proper cooperation and communication quality during ongoing tasks, which contributes to proper conduct of the project. In the elaboration, which is based on an innovative company – Science and Technology Park of the University of Zielona Góra Ltd., there has been presented specific researches on the selection of a multidisciplinary work team, using the Myers-Briggs personality test. The aim of the article is to present a method enabling creation of multidisciplinary teams, with taking into account: multitasking of knowledge, estimation of cooperation abilities and employee relations on the example of a real functioning company.
