Summary/Abstract: The Romanian post-totalitarian state was marked by many changes in all its levels, political, social, economic, media, etc.. The economic field has experienced a radical transformation by establishing, at constitutional level in 1991, of the concept of market economy, freedom of private property and freedom of competition. Subsequently, expression of the liberal character of the Romanian post-totalitarian state, through the constitutional revision from 2003, another concept underlies the relationship from the field of economy: economic freedom.
