Summary/Abstract: We are living in times of economic, social, political and ecological crisis, a situation of deep confusion where political events affect social problems generated by the economic crisis, altogether on natural unbalance. This is a disconcerting scenario, which, more than ever needs government, state and union’s intervention, in order to apply a social dialogue as the most efficient measure against crisis.
