Summary/Abstract: The aim of the XVth International Symposium of the I.A.P.L (International Association of Psychomecanics of Language) held in Paris in 2018 was to discuss the theme: Cognition, languages as dynamic systems and psychomechanics of language: theoretical aspects and applications. This paper directly addresses this theme, especially the part I have underlined. However, a comment is in order concerning “cognition,” which will be made in the first and last sections. Regrettably, lack of space does not permit a discussion of “applications.”
