The relationship between environmental protection and human right to a healthy environment

Summary/Abstract: Environment protection has deep roots, stretching till the antiquity. In order to guarantee man’s right to a healthy environment, a series of limitations must be imposed in the sphere of certain rights of the individual. Consequently, the accent must be moved from the field of the human rights protection to the field of the environment protection. The exercise of man’s right to a healthy environment also has a correlative obligation, such as man’s duty to protect the environment.
