Summary/Abstract: Katalin Ágnes Bartha wrote her thesis about the process during which 19th century Transylvanian public life and theatre discovered Shakespeare. The edited text of the thesis was published by Argumentum Publishing House in Budapest in 2010. Emese Egyed, the author’s former teacher and current research partner wrote an expert review about the volume entitled Shakespeare Erdélyben (Shakespeare in Transylvania).
