Social competence in space and experiencing dialogue

Summary/Abstract: Social competences in the space of experiencing dialogue constitute an important and current topic of the study undertaken. The condition for the existence of an authentic situation of dialogue is the Human Meeting in the I-You relationship. Social competence determines the efficiency of functioning in social situations. In the presented study, the dialogue was included as a condition for the development of social competences. Individual experiences of dialogue are essential for the empathic understanding of others. Internal dialogues have adaptive and developmental functions. Man is the creator of meanings, which he gives to personal and social experience. Dialogue gives meaning to values in the cross-subject dialogue space. The creation of dialogue and competence development constitute a multidimensional space. It can be a source of inspiration for new research topics. Kompetencje społeczne w przestrzeni doświadczania dialogu stanowią ważny i aktualny temat podjętego opracowania. Warunkiem zaistnienia autentycznej sytuacji dialogu jest Spotkanie człowieka w relacji Ja-Ty. Kompetencję społeczne warunkują efektywność funkcjonowania w sytuacjach społecznych. W prezentowanym opracowaniu dialog ujęto jako warunek rozwoju kompetencji społecznych. Indywidualne doświadczenia dialogu jest istotne dla empatycznego rozumienia innych. Dialogi wewnętrzne pełnią funkcje adaptacyjne i rozwojowe. Człowiek jest kreatorem znaczeń jakie nadaje doświadczeniom osobistym i społecznym. Dialog nadaje sens wartościom w międzypodmiotowej przestrzeni dialogicznej. Kreowanie dialogu i rozwój kompetencji stanowią wielowymiarową przestrzeń. Może być ona źródłem inspiracji do podejmowania nowych tematów badawczych.
