SPIRITUAL CULTURAL HERITAGE: A look at the legal and practical reality of spiritual cultural heritage in Albania

Summary/Abstract: It is time that the spiritual heritage in Albania resized in all aspects, ranging from cultural policies, the value and importance that it has for our cultural identity, education through heritage and its transmission to younger generations and especially in interdisciplinary field. Variety and diversity in types and variants therefore, spread in width and depth of the territory and follow all historical periods in all classes and population groups(Albanian, Greek, Vlach, Macedonian, Roma, etc.), human and democratic values its artistic beauty and infinite symbolic forms, all these suggest that before on any kind of material monument, no matter how old he may be, is the man himself (with language and dialects, rituals, oral folklore, music and choreographic, musical instruments, clothing, sustenance, etc.), the oldest monument of the world. So research is a kind of spiritual heritage of musical archeology that does not "dig" into the earth to find relics millennial, but analyzes and studies the spiritual phenomena, which are not hiding in the ground covered by dust, but stay right in the center of the human soul , from where they were born ever since man wept and spoke for the first time!
