Summary/Abstract: The present article analyses the author’s Diary with the goal of clarifying how sincere the diarist is and how much he is willing to let see from inner turmoils. So, we tried to underline in this paper the complexes that he has created not unconsciously, but on the contrary, with the help of his solid theoretical knowledge: the complex of a schizoid character and the complex of the creative impotence. The reader, equally intrigued and fascinated by the diarist’s confession, is not conquered and overwhelmed by monotony when he reads such a diary. And the voluntary highlighting of every authorial complex (which is based on a physical handicap, a temporary incapacity, a desire) seems to act as a magnet, attracting and sensitizing the ideal/ potential confessor.
