Summary/Abstract: The freedoms of the internal market affect the activity of individuals in thesphere of employment, which increasingly provide work in various Member States. Theaim of the legal systems should be to normalize and simplify their legal situation in thesphere of social security in the European Union. One of the areas coordinated by socialsecurity systems in the EU is to work in two or more Member States. This study presentsand analyzes the legal basis for determining the applicable legislation when working intwo or more Member States.
