Summary/Abstract: The compliance with the independence of the justice performing the act ofjustice insures the finality of the compliance with the rights and legitimate interests ofthe parties, the equality in front of the law and non-discriminatory treatment for allparticipants.This refers to the fact that, the independence of the judge, in solving the caseswhich are brought in front of him, cannot be limited by any person or state authority.The independence of judges does not mean arbitrary, they are subjected to thelaw too, and by their activity to contribute in strengthening the trust of the citizens inthe legal act
