THE USAGE OF PSYCHOTERAPIES IN THE TREATMENT OF LIGHT DEMENTIA

Summary/Abstract: In easy stage of dementia, there is created a moment where, in addition to drug treatment is welcome and the psychotherapeutic involvement, so that psycho-medical intervention is more complex in this context, given the expected beneficial connotations. Thus, the importance of psychotherapies that can be applied in the first stage of disease, generally focuses on those attitudinal and behavioral sequences that can still maintaining the social balance and not only, highlighting in this case, therapies: cognitive-behavioral, occupational, narrative and environmental, each finding its place and efficiency on the custom-therapeutic map of the respective patient. It is therefore the moment when the psychotherapies find well structured site in applied treatment, demonstrating the complexity of the act of interdisciplinarity, having constantly in the limelight, improving mental disorders are in some degree term of developments inpsycho-socio-medical perspective.
