Summary/Abstract: Constantly changing, passing multiple transfers and interferences, the Romanian language and her study face an increased interest from citizens of other nationalities. The process of globalization and the accelerated development of technology have contributed to the current situation in which multilingualism and plurilingualism are no longer isolated or extraordinary. The present paper aims at reviewing the problems concerning the influence of the native tongue and of the secondary languages on Romanian language learned by a group of foreign students who wish to study in Romania, thus learning Romanian in an endo-linguistic context.
