Summary/Abstract: The connection between motivation and communication is one extremely fertile in educational process. The teacher must know how to use different types of motivation: motivation of power, affiliation, curiosity, approval etc. On the other angle, for an efficient educational process the teacher must know understand and he (she) must know find solutions regarding different psychological defense mechanisms which pupils/students try at school. The link between motivation and communication is required to be explored from multiples points of views.
