Summary/Abstract: Affirmation of educational management in the overall educational system of Bosnia and Herzegovina is a complex process that will in future require a lot of hard work, effort and commitment, and even individual sacrifices in order to general social prosperity. Educational management in Bosnia and Herzegovina has yet to become conscious, planned and targeted social and scientific activities that will integrate the overall knowledge and skills for planning, organizing, managing and controlling the overall educational process in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In this regard, the education system in Bosnia and Herzegovina should adopt the principles and principles of action and operation that offers the management as a new scientific and empirical facts. This means that educational management in Bosnia and Herzegovina should be given to major legal, political, economic and any other support to its further implementation, practice and affirmation.
