Summary/Abstract: During the education reform (changing the content of upbringing) besides positive changes negative phenomena had revealed. Pupils' overloading by home works is one of them. In the article the authors are trying to reveal how much time (approximately) the IX (X) and XII class pupils' allot and should allot to conduct home works. The research highlighted that pupils are overloaded: the inadequacy exists between the time, that pupils allot to conduct home works, and the time, that should be needed in order to fulfill all tasks prescribed by teachers. Further combined researches much more would concretize the real situation and would help to find the variants for solution of above-mentioned problem.
