Summary/Abstract: The starting point of this article is the presentation of knowledge transfer as one of the most important elements in respect to the organization functioning in a world of knowledge-based economy and knowledge-based processes.Secondary to that, chosen levels of knowledge transfer process analysis in the context of inequalities in the labor market, have been identified. Strategic value of knowledge, its type and components of the transfer process, and tools supporting it’s realization, are taken into consideration.As a result, the universal premises of effective management of knowledge transfer in organizations are discussed, in the form of: shaping the optimal technical and social infrastructure of the knowledge environment, taking actions contributing to the evolution of organizational culture towards promoting knowledge and application of main values, general and detailed principles of knowledge transfer.
