Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the author’s point of view and results of research connected with the role of employees’ participation and managers behaviour in the process of reduction of resistance to organizational changes. The research shows that employees participation is not popular enough in enterprises, but it gives a lot of advantages also in the process of implementation of organizational changes. Managers’ behaviour and their style of directing oriented at employees participation are able to reduce the people resistance to organizational changes.
