Summary/Abstract: This paper analyses time charter contract and standard forms which are usually used in international maritime transport. The paper especially deals with clauses which regulate: duration of contract, performance of contract, hire and special ways of ending of time charter contract. It tries to compare standard forms with solutions accepted in Croatian Maritime Code.
