Summary/Abstract: The article presents the issue of the constitutional embodiment of a person's social right to employment against existing international standards. The author's considerations also concern other rights and freedoms pertaining to Labour Law, namely the right to remuneration, protection against unemployment, and association in trade unions as well as the right to conclude collective labour agreements, to negotiate and strike.
