Summary/Abstract: The concept “person” has been drawing the attention of scientists from different fields, leading to more than 70 definitions given by philosophers, anthropologists, biologists, geneticists, psychologists, pedagogues. The issues related to the development of a person are occupying a leading position in all natural and social sciences dealing with man. In this act of development the personality goes through a complex process of metamorphosis. It is necessary to seek how, and through what forces do this development goes through as well as what defines and guides it.
