The development of the position of bailiff on Czech teritory focusing on current criticism of actual conception

Summary/Abstract: This article briefly surveys the status of a bailiff from the late 19th century to the present on the territory of the Czech Republic. Then it focuses on the current criticism of the position of a bailiff. It aims to reflect on the answer to the difficult question of whether the current position of a bailiff as the enforcement body will be also sustainable in the future.
