Summary/Abstract: The causes of juvenile delinquency as well as the insufficient effectiveness of punishment against them require serious efforts to rethink and overcome as far as possible these problems. The right approach to adolescent perpetrators is the application of alternative methods to punishment and means of action aimed at correcting their behavior and re-education.
