ANALYSIS OF THE FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF REHABILITATION OF JUVENILES CONVICTED AND THEIR APPLICATION IN THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA

Summary/Abstract: In order to achieve greater efficiency in the re-education and re-socialization of juvenile offenders who have been convicted of crimes committed, it is necessary to improve the model of execution of the punishment. In this respect, the experience of other countries which have long introduced such mechanisms in their legislation is particularly useful.
