Summary/Abstract: The article refers to university didactics and professionals in this field. This is a brief reflection on the current challenges that faces the Bulgarian education in result of the evolution of the society, on the current Bulgarian educational context, on the professional profile of the modern university lecturer - in his role as educator, and also as a head of an educational structure. On the basis of studied theory and practice in pedagogical management is proposed the author’s idea for contemporary academic presence and sustainable usage of modern information resources.
