Redundancy dismissal and selection criteria: comparative analysis

Summary/Abstract: The article compares the Czech and the British legal regulation with regards to the question, whether an employer, when dismissing an employee due to redundancy, has an obligation to define and disclose criteria, based on which an employee was selected out of a pool of employees performing the same type of work.
