Summary/Abstract: Meeting with the Other is an added value in the form of shaping moral, ethical and social attitudes. Another shares knowledge, experience, supports, accompanies in the first steps of his own developmental path. The other has the skills, knowledge, information and resources – it can be said that the tutor is one of the resources of his pupil. Meetings in tutoring include diagnosing the needs of the mentor, designing activities supporting his overall development and the chance to pass from an active attitude to an active attitude with new ways of cooperation. It is a different organization of the teaching-learning process.
