Summary/Abstract: The article 'Aspects of Administrative-penal liability for Public Procurement Infringement' deals with issues related to the persons subject to administrative penalty arising from their liability for administrative offences committed in the field of public procurement in the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as with the approach to determining the elements of these offences and the amount of the sanctions envisaged for them. Special attention is also given to the question of the legal nature and duration of the respective term within which the relevant competent authorities could exercise their powers to initiate administrative-penal proceedings, to impose administrative penalties, respectively to enforce the already imposed administrative penalties.
