Summary/Abstract: The subject matter of the present report concerns the ex-ante control over public procurement procedures fully or partially financed with resources from the European funds in terms of purpose, legal grounds, scope and procedure before the Public Procurement Agency. The report is consistent with the current Bulgarian legislation and, in particular, with the latest amendments to the Public Procurement Act, as promulgated in the State Gazette, issue 40 of 13 May, 2014.
