Summary/Abstract: An interdisciplinary analysis of the sustainable development of the Regional Center 1, "N-E" implies that each county is analyzed as part of the entire region, a part that has its own identity: demographic, economic, social, ethnic, religious, cultural. The political and strategic approach must be systemic, cybernetic, each county (as a part) creates the image of the region (as a whole). In other words, the relationship "County-Region-Country" is a relationship of "Interdependence through Dependency and Representation". The binder of the components of these relationships is "Ionation in the context of sustainable development".
