Summary/Abstract: The core components of the Center Center 7 are diverse and include important reserves of natural gas, salt, non-ferrous metals, construction materials, small coal deposits, mineral water springs, etc. As a result, priority is given to economic and social development through reindustrialisation, in which the components of "innovation" and "sustainable development" have to be vectors of progress.
