Summary/Abstract: Major General Brăescu Constantin was one of the officers who were at the heart of events at a historic crossroads. Although he served during the First World War in the Russian army, he never forgot who he is and what his role in asserting, confirming and serving the interests of the people he belongs to and the country he belongs to. He is one of those who have participated in the creation of a destiny, even though this destiny of free and strong Romanianism, in a conceived European concept, restored with hope at this beginning of the century and millennium, still has to wait.
