Summary/Abstract: Tourism activities needs planing due to tourism includes so many sectors and science diciplines among its own structure. This give tourism a complex formation. Especially, tourism policies and planning plays a vital rol for destination management. When tourism is tried to develop without the lead of national or regional tourism policies and planing, exceeding carrying capacities, negative environmental impacts, economical failures, no return of investments, unproductive economical structures and failure to establish sustainability may occur. It might be a little more trouble to establish tourism planing for destination which are visited by tourist for a long time and which already has quite invesments and many tourism enterprises. However, for destination that is qualified as untouched, it would be more comfortable to establish tourism planing. On this purpose, a case study research was conducted on Ezine district in Canakkale to setup a base for tourism policy and planing. The destination was invastigated as a touristic product. Some suggestions were developed according to unique attributes of Ezine accoring to theoretical framework. During research, non-structured interviews (deep interviews with 63 participants whom are considered as destination stakeholders), nonparticipant observations and archive-document scanning techniques were used. It was aimed to inspire researchers who are willing to study on untouched destination planing. It was also aimed to lead the way for further researches on Ezine district.
