Summary/Abstract: In this article will be explained the online course plan of pedagogical education for assistants in short lines together with belonging context, its purposes and objectives, including teaching strategies and teaching methods which will contribute to the realization of planned objectives. It will also be explained the formative and summative rating of attendants, as well as academic and non-academic support of attendants. The author’s attitude is that in higher education there is a need of increasing the level of teaching quality, and the attendants of the course would be those who are in direct contact with students – assistants.
