Summary/Abstract: We are living in conditions of dynamic changes, for which it is necessary to constantly create new ideas and talents, to manage them, to be achieved in the future, and that we can only succeed with the help of capable leaders. Leadership is generally defined as the process of routing an impact on activities that are relevant to achieving the goals of the group members. Under Leader means one person who needs to perform specific leadership roles. Employee motivation is a very important factor for modern leaders, because only by building high-quality motivation system can achieve greater organizational success. Rewarding and motivating employees in leadership are considered one of the most sensitive activities. These activities should stimulate the employees to work in such a way to better and more effectively achieve better business results.
