Summary/Abstract: , shows us that these Neolithic communities dealt primarily with herding, especially of cattle, sheep, and goats. It should be noted that swine are highly underrepresented in the animal paleo-economy. The dog was consumed and its fur was taken. The number of species of wild animals is very low, and its share is extremely small, which illustrates the subsidiary interest of these populations to exploitation of the environment.
