Summary/Abstract: The article deals with a negative image of Polish people created in line with the propaganda of the Third Reich by the ideological trainings for the German Ordnungspolizei (Order Police) in the General Government in 1939–45. The image was based on negative stereotypes popular in Germany that dehumanized the population of the occupied country; this was not without influence on the attitudes and behaviour of functionaries of the German Order Police.
